Thanks – I enjoyed the “Stillness” session. I’ve been wandering through a bit of a spiritual desert lately, and your talk reminded me that it’s time to get back to at least a bit of meditation. I used to do an hour a day, then 30 mins, and have recently substituted Tai Chi on 3-4 days a week. Timely reminder that Tai Chi or morning affirmations aren’t the same as stillness – I did a mini-journal at the end of the notes I’d taken during your session, ending with the question – Is it time to get back to meditation. The answer was a resounding YES!
